We don't know their product and we don't have the tools to diagnose their errors with firmware updates. I'm sorry but your best bet is to wait for your turn in line.

Went through the channels of calling and emailing and found I have to wait about 4-days to get a response to my burning problem that no one else seems to have probably because they returned this janky product instead of wasting time.
