my star rank just reset and my purchases i have not got any points back for

me to I was nearly 4 Star & reset back to start of 3 star, received an email that was 3 star on way to 4 with amount spent so far & cant believe been reset back. this happened last year as well to me,

on January 1st everyones rank reset to 0. As of your purchases not counting its because they suck and don't want to go by there own rules. My December purchases didn't go through either and seeing all the post about everyone having the same problem and them
not replying I highly doubt they are going to fix it

same here. Ridiculous. I know I spent 18 more than I needed to achieve the next level and it didn't register it. And it has been more than 96 hours.

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to verify your purchases, but ranks do reset each year, normally on September 1, but they were scheduled to be reset on January 1.
