My star rank haven't been updated after purchase

recently I taken on offer of spending £35 to get on next tier of star rank. After its been updated I purchased ghost recon wild lands gold edition and for some reason that didn't count into my star rank. Is there a reason for that? Kind regards

My star rank got reset! My purchases are not registering!

I have made numerous purchases in December on the Xbox marketplace that have not been registered for my star rank and rewards program. I was almost to a five star rank. After this recent update my star rank got reset to a 4 star and I still have not received
any reward points for my purchases. Very disappointed

MyVIP Star Rank not updated over 96 hours

Hi,

Following my purchase of Order number 4494151742 over 96 hours ago my star rank progress has not updated.

Please look into this.

Since that offer was available in February, Ghost Recons would have been a preorder at that time. Preorders do not count towards VIP and would not have been eligible for that offer.

I totally understand that. I've only mentioned this offer only because since then my star rank is not updating. It used to be spot on every time but since my star rank got updated on 7th of march nothing seems to count into my rank anymore and I'm sure £80
game should have some impact on it.

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Therefore, your pre-order of Ghost Recon on the sixth did not award MyVIP progress.

Haven't gotten the credits for this either and i'm not getting reward credits for purchases i made in december with my MyVIP 1 star rank.

You can see what qualifies in the
FAQ. In 2016, your eligible purchases came out to $309.83, which would place you in Star Rank 1 at the beginning of January 2017. Since January 1, 2017, your eligible purchases comes out to $553.38, which puts you at Star Rank 1. We will not be recalibrating
MyVIP Star Ranks for the next year, so you will still be on your way to Rank 2, which is at $600.
