My SSD Sea of Thieves is not recognize anymore on my XBOX ONE

Hi,

With the last updates on XBOX last night, my XBOX don,t recognize my SSD. I tried everything with the support but nothing worked. The LED on my SSD is now OFF.

I don't know what to do now...

my Historics of buying/pre orders on my Microsoft account billing i only have
Sea of Thieves Founder Pack" 0.00 euro

Can you tell us what steps you have tried?

My own suggestions being a different USB port, Unplug it ALL for a good 30 seconds then plug everything back in leaving the SSD for last.

I tried :





Make sure you’ve installed any recent updates to Xbox One

Adjust the power management for storage if you’re in Instant-On mode

Remove and then reconnect the drive

Connect the drive to a different USB port on the console

Full reboot of the console

I even tried the firmware SeagateTools for analyzing and repair drives but he didn't found any problems

 

All my USB Works and when i plug my drive i can feel it working but the LED is still OFF

 

Hello,

My next suggestion would be to connect it to your PC and format it then reattach it to your xbox. This happened once with my normal External. IT WILL remove your games but should make the drive usable again
