My sound is wierd help please

I would like to clarify, is this when you're using a headset or your TV sounds?

If you're using your TV/Monitor speakers, please try using a different HDMI cable or a different TV to test it out, Isak. It can be a TV/Monitor setting but we need to check further.

try to power cycle for ten seconds then wait for 30 seconds then turn on your console or power cycle for 10 seconds then unplug it for 30 seconds then plug it back in . you might want try to do a console factory reset you can find this in console settings
but do the power cycle s first if one power cycle don't work try do the other power cycle if that doesnt then try do a console factory reset☺
