My son’s xbox won’t stay on?

Please note that cooling docks/stands aren't recommended for use with Xbox consoles. In a lot of cases, they will worsen the cooling of your console.

He has the Xbox series x. I have made sure the plugs were plugged in properly, I have tried using a different outlet. I have unplugged for 10 seconds plugged everything back in and still nothing. The white ring comes on for a second and powers down immediately. I can’t get it to stay on. I have gotten cooling docks and still nothing. I even tried turning it on with the controller.

And it will not pair with the Xbox. It won’t stay paired unless it’s plugged in.
