My sons Xbox is kicking him out and not loading.

My sons Xbox is kicking him out and not loading any games. It’s giving an error code to restart ect but nothing. It suggest the server may be down but my other son is playing fine. Full signal on internet. This has been going on for weeks? Any ideas?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Can I have the error code that you're getting so I can check that for you?

Also, please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

Same issue here with the hardened edition, put it in and immediately get kicked out back to the guide with a disc read error on my halo reach system, tried it on my sons original xbox360 that I passed down to him and it works and loads up just fine.

i was dealing with something similar, i did file the complaint and unfriend him "smky69" he woud bully my son through voice and kick him from the party then bring him back continuing vulgar lang. so i contacted xbox and the same result. the blocks are on
but there are still a lot of unmonitored children out there doing the same thing. we need to keep an eye on our children while they are online

My son is having great difficulty in loading his games..

Keeps telling him that who loaded the app or game ...

We don't game share no with our console. But the Xbox in question isn't in our home it belongs to the son of my partner's ex, so we have no idea if they have been game sharing. Could this have caused my partner's Microsoft account to be hacked? It was a
Russian email address that hacked him and kicked him out of his own Microsoft account.
