My son's Xbox account was hacked, we've been trying to recover his account but we no longer...

My son has had the same thing happen to him. His account has been hacked in the early hours of the morning and he has woken to a series of changes on his account. His account email address has been changed ( so technically he has no account), passwords reset, family deleted and all his security changed. He cannot use the recover password as the email is no longer valid on the account. We cannot contact customer services either as its all fully automated and there is no option for our situation? Have you managed to get anywhere yet?

I have not been able to access my hotmail account for 6 days, I believe it may have been hacked or compromised as my password no longer works.

I have been trying to get it recovered but no success as yet using the recovery form from microsoft.

The hotmail account I have had for over 15 years and is linked to virtually everything I do online and I am running out of options?

I recently went on holiday and my ebay account was also hacked, Ebay have now sorted this but I think my hotmail account has been targeted.

Unfortunately the recovery email address linked to my account no longer exists and I cannot use that to rset the password.

What do I do next?
