My son's was banned for no reason!

This is the 2nd time my son gets ban for absolutely no reason. The first time we did not complain because you all made it very hard to do so and we figured we'd just let it be. His suspension ended less than 24 hours ago, and the ban had lasted almost a
week.

So today he was very excited to start to play, my son had two Roblox acct, he wanted to sell one of the two. My son was approached by a buyer, and told my son that he would send payment via paypal. My son gave the buyer my paypal, and password to the Roblux
acct being sold. Well the buyer never paid my son, stole the Roblux acct from my son, and then reported my son. This is horrible!

I have spent already an hour trying to get help with this and nobody wants to help! The enforcement.xbox.com/help link is a freaking joke, you can not get help here, it's just a way to make people think that they will get help with the end result being that
there is nothing at the end of the silly questionnaire, as it was set up to make people fail in order for them not to be able to get a live person to assist them with their issue. No there is nobody that reviews cases before a player gets band, so this would
be a lie if "xbox moderators" try to say so, it is impossible that it was review, because if it was reviewed it would have taken more than a few minutes for an investigation to be conducted, and 2nd I would have received a phone call or an email giving me
the opportunity to explain what happened, which I was not given so THERE...IS...NO...INVESTIGATION...BEING...DONE...BEFORE...BANS, and MANY people have said the same thing, and many people say that bans are placed unfairly. So I would like it very much for
my son's account to get unbanned, just as quickly as it got banned.

Additionally "This also applies to trying to make money on Xbox Live in unapproved ways" does NOT apply, because he did not do anything inappropriate.

You said that my son got banned for the fact that he "simply try to sell" nowhere here does it say NO SELLING PERMITTED WHATSOEVER.

Based on this my son did not commit the offense that you said, you are mistaken, and ban is unfair.

Additionally, you did not give me correct steps to appeal, was this done on purpose? This IS "deceitful."

If you really want to help you should have someone from that team unbanned my son or send me and email.

Ma'am I'm sorry about what happened to you and your son. Normally when someone gets banned, you must go to to the Xbox Enforcement site. There you can find out how long your son would be banned for. It's best not to do online deals unless it's with someone
you trust or is a close friend, that's how people get scammed.

Im paying for this service, I should not have to pay for a service I can not use.

Everything that you just stated violates the Xbox ToS; this is more than likely the reason for the ban.

Just a heads up, repeat offenses get longer bans.
