my son's MS account was removed from the MSFS and now can't access Minecraft

Over the past 6 hours I have spoken to technicians from MS Store, Windows and Xbox, who have systematically looked at my PC from within (shared). The bottom line is that this is a new issue, not seen before. An Xbox technician has now used another account to access MSFS and start to download the App. He will call me again in the morning to continue as it will run for a few hours etc. Fortunately the person uses MSFS and can assist to see if it can be resolved using my accounts.

I have the same problem, as have MANY who post in these help forums over the last few years with no resolution. I created MS/Xbox accounts for my two sons who play Minecraft on their Kindle Fire tablets. I also dumped (like an idiot) $15 for each into
their new accounts. Now they can no longer play games with each other, or access the money. I just want my kids to be able to play with each other online again, the way they were able to before getting their MS accounts. Failing that, can I just remove the
accounts and get the money back?

Hi, I have a similar problem - my son has a child account (family member) but can't access MineCraft. I have to sign in, switch back to his account and then he can access it.

Hey, you're talking about a Minecraft Dashboard theme aren't you?

if so, you'll need to purchase the theme on your sons account. You can't transfer content from one account to another. If you can't purchase anything on his account then it's not possible to get the theme unless the restrictions are removed.
