My sons microsoft account has been hacked he is removed from the family

Just to make sure I understand, whenever your son tries to sign in to his Microsoft account, no matter where he tries, he just gets an error saying the account doesn't exist? Is that right?

Because the original account is now your eldest son's account. Technically he has to consent all the changes on the family settings.

I think, you and your youngest son should be removed from the family group first (the one that you share with your eldest son). He might have to do it, as he has the parental control.

Then sign in your xbox, and create a new family group for you and your youngest son.

I saw in my family account that my sons Alfreds email suddenly has another strange email, it has been hacked.

So now when he tries to create a new pin we cant change account and login to ours. Can you somehow solve this?

We cant change from the strange email we dont recognize. He cant login into his computer anymore.
