My Son's GT got banned and I'm not sure why.

My son's gamertag got banned ( Frontier 018 ) for no reason. I was in the room when the conversation happened, and nothing was said, nothing was done. Neither my son or me know why he got banned. He did nothing wrong, so we need some help.

I was playing a game of call of duty and I got annoyed and I messaged someone and called them gay, They replied with "Have fun with your account" I tried to message back and it said "You have been prohibited to message" and just goes on about how I can not
communicate which is annoying me because it takes the fun out of the game for me, if I didn't violate the terms of service, I just want to be able be able talk to my friends.

 

He can view his ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. If he has a child account you will have to log in to the parent account to see his ban. The enforcement team
takes time to investigate reports so it is likely that whatever lead to this ban happened days/weeks ago.

 

Is the any way I can look at what the report is based on? He's an Eagle Scout, and he never really talks bad to people and is very respectful.

Suspensions can occur days or weeks after the report get filed

Because they actually investigated things which does take time
