    My son's account was suspended and I need to know why as a concerned parent


    I received an enforcement email regarding my account but it is actually used by my son. I need to know what this means and what was said or done so I know how to approach this with my son. I reviewed all chat history and he only from what I can see replied
    to one chat with the letter "Y". Please if someone can help me I would be very appreciative as I am very concerned at the moment.

    Same issue...can't add minor to my family gold plan.

    Hey gatorwso If your son's account is a child account through xbox then he has a parental account attached to it. In order to add him to the family pack you would need to put in the parents WLID and password during the add family member process.

    - Yes I know it asks for his email and password but it is misleading. The parent account has to approve the change and thats why you need to enter the parent account email and password.
