My son's account was hacked and deleted.

My son came to me to ask for help, as he was logging in to play Minecraft and in his log-in, it says that the account was deleted and couldn't be found. Also, another e-mail (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) replaced my son's microsoft account. Is there a way to get his minecraft account into a different microsoft account?

My son's Xbox account was hacked. The hacker was using racist and profane comments...posing as my son. He then deleted everything my son had saved in the game. Can this saved information be recovered?

A friend of mine had this same issue recently. He was told that his account had been locked but he saw a whole bunch of new games played on his list. I don't know how their account locking works but it doesn't seem to work all that well.

it might not be giving passwords out to strangers....I had my account hacked about a year ago.....nothing was played but stuff was purchased with my MS points it took I think a week but I couldnt get online for that time. Im 29 now and I know better not
to give out that info so they got it by some other means

the thing that happened was when I noticed the purchases for fable and another game (cant remember) I called em up and asked what time and day it was purchased. They told me it was on XX/XX/XXXX day and at 7:XX time I told the lady at that time I was on
the highway about a hour outta town. She asked me if anyone can turn on my console and purchase it...I said, my wife could have IF she even knew how to turn on the console and even access the marketplace, plus she was with me on the road so I know for a fact
that she didnt do it

anywho, for some reason they can still get access even if you dont give out your password like in my case but who knows on yours
