my son was unfairly reported and suspended last night from his xbox til the 20/2

my son was suspended last night, reported by a player that we cant see his gamer tag on my sons list of recent players to report him ( very strange) 2 friends he does know (that we think didn't do it) and what confirms this is the stranger person also in
the group isn't listed on the recent player list. THE FACT THAT HE TOLD MY SON HE COULD MOD STUFF, TELLS ME HE ALSO MADE HIMSELF NOT ON THE LIST SOME HOW, PLEASE FIND THIS PERSON, HE IS MESSING WITH KIDS ONLINE.

my son was in a group of 4 and only1 person he didn't know was this player who asked if my son wanted his game modified to receive everything free, my son said no and called him a modder?? and left the game. now he has been reported by this mystery player
at 10.30pm last night 6/2/ and cant find his anonymous tag in the list.

I would like Xbox to check on there records who my son was playing with in this group last night and look into this suspicious character offering to mod his game and then banning him and reported him ticking all possible boxes in his report list, which
is just a spiteful player screwing with kids.

Have now warned my son not to play with strangers, but he thought this player was a friend of one of the other 2 boys in the group.

my son has been with Xbox forever and never had an issue and I find this unfair since my son didn't do anything, the fact this player is malicious by his asking of breaking the rules then foul play against the players in the party, I'm sure this player must
done this before and his record should be investigated before action taken on innocent players. Xbox should investigate players properly.

Cannot get a answer why my kid was banned over a avatar being too big.

My son was also suspended from Xbox for supposedly altering his avatar. I looked at his avatar last night and there was nothing wrong with it. No one tell me exactly what he did to his avatar to be suspended.

My sons account was suspended BC of activities on Xbox but the problem with that is we haven't had internet for almost 2 months and just got it back and we learn when he gets home from school he's been suspended til 10/06/2017 and I would like to know how
that could be when he couldn't get on his Xbox live account BC we didn't have internet
