I appreciate the reply, but we are talking about a father and son here and a 13 year old at that. The fact that he has allegedly put up a gamer pic that is so bad to warrant a 2 month ban but the live team can't even tell me what that image might be is shocking to say the least.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is via a case review.

If you have done that & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else that can be done.

You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it which is one of the reasons it's against the ToU to let someone else use your account.

My son has received a gamer pic suspension for activity that has taken place when he was asleep! He changed his gamer pic the day prior and suddenly out of nowhere received a suspension? I appealed this explaining that I didn’t understand the rationale as he wasn’t even using his console at the time indicated, he has now received a further two suspensions!!!!!! This feels targeted and malicious and if there has been a complaint he should be afforded the opportunity to seek clarity.

Want to complain about this but as with Microsoft there is no avenue to do this.

Most of the time enforcement actions (bans/suspensions) dont happen at the same time of the infraction that caused said enforcement action so alot of time it does happen when you aren't online because of that.

I Know my email address but when my son set-up original account he forgot the password he used when he started withXBOX live how can we change the password and get back into his account. He still has 2 month of play time before his card runs out.

No, you will not get banned for using another countries gamer pics, as its not really infringing upon any patent issues or region locked content. It might be exclusive to a region, but its a picture so just like taking a picture using the Vision camera
of Mario and having that as your gamer pic, will not get you banned on live. Now if its a naked person, then yes, you will violate the Code of Conduct and will be banned.

If you continually switch regions to access content from other countries, that might end up raising a few red flags
