    My son (Toxic Killer224)'s profile on xbox.com not working


    Been talking to xbox live chat, trying to solve the issue of my son's Toxic Killer224 profile on xbox.com not working.

    The live chat had me try to refresh my son's account (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) by:

    1) Change password at accounts.live.com

    2) Turn on two-step verification

    3) Re log in, turn off two-step

    4) then log in with xbox.com

    5) the problem still exists.

    Please help.

    Help! xbox.com and xbox live?

    Hi everyone, new to this. My son has a profile on our xbox, we made one on xbox.com too. Do these accounts sync? If so, how do you do this? I think the profile was created using my older sons login profile...Is there only one login profile allowed per xbox?

    Hi , i play on my Xbox One S for one year , my dad sometimes plays too , i'm 16 and i'm about to make 17 ,and i was wanting to join in Ambassador Program,but i can't due to my dad on september , have been toxic with a player in UFC , the reason was due
    to the other player being toxic too ,but i know he was wrong , also the two players was wrong to being toxic , after that i recieved a punishment in enforcement , but i'm not a toxic player , but now i'm paying the punishment that my dad gave to me , so how
    i can increase my rep again?

    Can’t create new profile on Xbox One S

    Have you tried to create a new profile on Xbox.com instead, and then sign into it on the new Xbox One S and see if that works at least?

    report the other kids too, Microsoft works hard to keep all players free of toxic people, unfortunately your son should have thought of that before.

    my console X connected to the network via cabel (this is the new console)

    my sons's console S connected to the same network via wifi (this is the old console)

    last week when we had only one console ( we had two profile on One S) my son's profile was able to reach the network, he was able to play with FH4 perfect online
