    I just found out that my 12 year old son have stolen my Credit Card (Eurocard) and bought stuff on his X-box! The below not authorized transactions showed up on my credit card bill:

    Securing a stolen account (on a stolen xbox).

    My friend was recently burgled and his xbox was stolen. Dose anyone have any tips on how to secure his account and make sure its not used/abused as well as credit card info. Should he call microsoft and tell them it was stolen?

    how do i stop my kid from making purchases?

    I know nothing about xbox so i would really apreciate it if someone could help me please.

    My son keeps charging stuff to the credit card that is on the xbox. Is there anyway to set up a password for parental control? I was told that if i remove my credit card that it will mess with his xbox live account. No idea if thats true.

    Posting personal info is not allowed on the forums & not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum.

    You would need to contact support
    here     as they are the only ones with access to your account & billing info & the only ones who can issue refunds.

    You may also have to contact your credit card company but it's best to contact support first.

    My Friends had there house broke into last week and they stole there little boys Xbox along with other stuff, the question i want to ask is how can there son recover his gamertag if he cant remember his login email address, and also how can they block the
    xbox as it has a credit card attached to it

    Your friends need to call Xbox Support and request assistance. If the child doesn't remember the e-mail address associated with his account and the Xbox is used to purchase digital games, thieves can rack up quiet the bill. If they can't make progress with
    Microsoft and Xbox Support, then they should quickly report the card as stolen to the bank or credit instantiation.

    Parents need to be very diligent when it comes to childrens online interactions.
