My son sent a message to someone on xbox with bad language on my account. I've been removed...

It is not one player, it is three separate players.

My son had my account suspended twice for putting (Mod Removed) in a message and this is what I am sent by someone apparently ignored by MSFT.

It was only a 2 day suspension from online activities. Unfortunately I could not submit a case review because it was a short duration. Wasnt eligible. So have 2 strikes on my account for the next 6 months I think.

Then unfortunately youll never be able to rejoin the ambassador program.

You would have to check the enforcement site to see if you can submit a case review. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review

If the enforcement team overturns the suspension, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff about rejoining. If they deny the review, you would not be eligible to rejoin.

Hey there, if your son is the only one with the account login details the offensive message would have been from your son which lead to the account suspension. The only exception to this is that your son has gave his account details to someone else, who
then sent the message. In this case, as it's your son's account, it's his responsibility so the ban wouldn't be rethought.
