    While scratching of the gray part on the back of the xbox gift card, some of the numbers were scratched off too. Is there a way to still use the gift card?

    Xbox Gift Cards should have a scratch-away or peel-away line on the back to reveal the 25-character code. (If it's scratch-away, always use caution when scratching off the obscurer, as you don't want to damage the numbers underneath, or there's no real
    way to recover the code)

    Hi, my son was given a gift card for his. Birthday for a value of £25. I carefully took off the strip but it also took off the code number. How do I get a new code for that card please? We have the receipt and bar code number. Thanks John
    There should be an 800 number on the back of the card that youd call in those sort of situations
