    my son, reported his friend in error during a game/conversation his friend has received a enforcement notice for 2 days.

    Can I over turn this? They’re children and didn’t fully understand the consequences

    Communication ban

    My son, 17, got banned from communication because his brother,10, played on his account with one of his friend and that friend reported him because he kept losing. Is it possible to remove the ban ?

    My son was banned from communications?

    My son was banned from using communication but he only talks to his friends. I am worried he was falsely reported and may be permenantely banned eventually.

    His friend would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com He would have been suspended because he did something to violate the code of conduct, not just because your son reported him.

    My son also got suspended for 24 hours and has no idea what he did wrong. Am I to understand that the communications ban is based on someone "reporting" him? He only does party chats with his friends so does that mean one of his friends reported him?

    it says my son is connected but when he want ti activate his username it fails the we made the connexion test and the it gives this error report.

    Thank you for your assistance. I'd missed the Xbox 360 Online Safety setting to "Accept Friend Requests". For posterity, I also had to logout of my son's Microsoft account on his phone and login again. Now my son can try to add my daughter as a friend. (Before,
    Minecraft was giving us an error.) But...

    Now whenever my son tries to friend my daughter's gamer tag, it says no one is found. Any ideas?
