    We are having the same problem and I want a
    full refund for the digital game that we purchased; their is no indication that a player MUST be 13+ to create a My Player account. My oldest son who is 15 and is friends have the game and wanted to play with his younger brother who is 11,
    after spending 5 hours researching to find that he will never be able to play with them until he is 13. What is RIDICULOUS, is an 11yo can play the Call of Duty Series but not a Basketball game.

    Currently I purchase the Xbox One S All Digital for my sons rooms So now my son and family can play my digital games and GamePass titles without worrying about the disc tray.

    It's a great option for this type of scenario

    Have you set the console to your "home" console? I have online games which I have purchased and my son can play them on his gamertag. He's playing BlackOpps 3 which I purchased right now.
