My son is underage but is the organizer and the billing contact on xbox account

I would like to change the account profile, and him to my family, and set up controls of xbox usage. Changing the profile has been very difficult, and going around and around.

Hi, if the account that she uses (organizers account) is not underage then you cannot set time limits.

The problem is i migrated to my sons account instead of mine making me unable to play the game via another launcher because the account is underage.

I have tried to get Battlelog since the game came out. Even after contacting EA in chat they refused to hook me up since the user is "underage" I.E. 14 years old. Since we first played this game on my sons account, EA will not hook the account up with
Battlelog. Very poor customer service IMO.
