    parent and children accounts

    We set up the free months gold membership the other day, and set up a windows live Id for my son and one for me as the parent. All seemed ok and my son was able to log in on his ID, today he has the message that he cannot now log in to xbox live gold but
    can still use to talk to friends. My Id is still working but I'm afraid I don't do xbox and had no choice but to set up an account I'm presuming because of my sons age.

    Can anyone offer any advice, the only thing to change from original set up is a change of password on the parental ID.



    Also my other son is now wanting to be signed up for xbox live, does a membership cover one ID only.

    Two gamer tags on one Microsoft account

    Can someone please help me?

    My son has an Xbox 360 and got the Xbox One for Xmas.

    I am his mother, he is only 9, he is currently unable to buy stuff on his Xbox one because the parental controls need adjusting. I have logged in to do this but it says he is not in my family. When I go back to the 360 I can see a gamertag but can't log
    in. We have managed to deduce that I now have 2 gamer tags with the same e mail address. I have re set the password etc but can only log into the Xbox one gamertag

    can anyone help me? My son is getting very upset

    Have you set up parental locks to stop purchases without putting in your password or lock code? I set mine up for my daughter when she got an Xbox and so far there has been no purchases, or does your son know your password for the account?
