My Son has the Xbox S series, we’ve connected the G923 to it and it works up until he needs...

Let me explain a little further please..

I have an Xbox one S, my son had and Xbox one S, on this set up his Xbox was my home and mine his, and I could share my ultimate game pass with him and we could game together with zero issue (he has no subscriptions just me, and I did not need to be logged in on either console for him to access any game)

Now he has a series S, which is set as my home, and my one is is still set to his home, only now he only has access to everything on the series S, if he logs into my one S I need to be logged in, and worse still if he’s playing on the series S (without me logged in) and I log in on the one S, it tells me I’m currently playing on the series S and if I terminate the session, it kicks him off - we can no longer play the same game together.

My son set up his V-bucks on his Xbox S series, but he listed it as an Xbox1. When I go to the second step with a code for Microsoft, it keeps spinning and won’t connect so I thought maybe it was because it’s not set up to the correct Xbox

My son has purchased £30 worth of shark cards for gta 5. He has not recieved them yet. However when I checked my emails it states on the invoice that it was for xbox one x/s. He only has an xbox one. Am I to belive he has now lost this money as bought the wrong ones?

He uses my xbox x/s at the weekends and it hasn't shown up on that either.

It wouldnt show up on the xbox series x/s unless you specifically have the series x/s version of the game as far as i am aware.

I FOLLOWED YOUR INSTRUCTIONS...YOU CAN STILL ACCESS SKIP SIGN IN ACCOUNT BUT NOW THAT ITS LOCKED DOWN IF HE TRYS TO ACCESS ANY OF THE GAMES THEY NEED A PASSKEY !! Your suggestions unfortunately didn't work however thankfully my son managed to get his games working again himself. The problem we think being the 2 call of duty games. He had previously downloaded these when he had his XBox 1S and up until now they were working on the Xbox series X. We had read somewhere that he might need to upgrade these call of duty games to the 'next-gen' edition for series S and X. He found a way through the store to upgrade his existing game for just over £4.00 which he did and everything is working perfectly now. Not too happy about having to pay more as the games were expensive enough already and I let him purchase these on his Xbox 1S just before he got the new console for his xmas 'believing' that any of the older console games could be played on the series x. Anyway, just thought Id let you know in case it may help someone else.
