Here is an extra option to have more control over a child XBox and account.

This can help you set up more control in games and time..

You can visit:

account.microsoft.com

This way you can see what the child brought and you can take you card off the account too.

all you need is the e-mail address and password to view the account.

Ma’am I would get on the phone with Microsoft and try and get a refund for as many things as possible you can go to Microsoft.com they’ll have a contact information in the very bottom of the page unfortunately a lot of things are nonrefundable once you
buy them since they’re micro transactions but I would take of your card off that Xbox ASAP then you can do that bio going into the settings on the Xbox going into I believe it’s a count and security or my profile or it’s in that general area and in you just
delete your credit card from the Xbox so that way if your son wants to buy some thing he has to go to the store and buy an Xbox gift card and enter the code instead of just using your credit card.

No one from Support is here in these forums that can help with Account or Billing Issues. Not sure how he could have bought the same game twice, much less three times as the Store will tell you "You already own this". Call them or chat with them from the
Support page. That will be the only way to resolve your issue.

Do you think this will just take a couple of days? My sons account has been banned because of someone logging onto his account without permission. I really hope my son can get his account back after all the money we have spent on it.
