My son has received a xbox suspension

Thanks for the reply. It just seems odd that he has been hit with 14 suspensions in 13 days for the same issue that was taken care of day one of the first suspension. Can’t believe there is no live person to talk to.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and there is no way to contact them directly.

I don't know much about FIFA, but is it possible you received some sort of suspension for quitting? I know this can happen in Halo, as it has happened to my son. Internet dropped and he got a timed suspension for quitting early.

My son has received a gamer pic suspension for activity that has taken place when he was asleep! He changed his gamer pic the day prior and suddenly out of nowhere received a suspension? I appealed this explaining that I didn’t understand the rationale as he wasn’t even using his console at the time indicated, he has now received a further two suspensions!!!!!! This feels targeted and malicious and if there has been a complaint he should be afforded the opportunity to seek clarity.

Want to complain about this but as with Microsoft there is no avenue to do this.

My son is disabled and this is his main form of social interaction with others so has had a significant impact.

Most of the time enforcement actions (bans/suspensions) dont happen at the same time of the infraction that caused said enforcement action so alot of time it does happen when you aren't online because of that.

You should receive an email from Microsoft with more details on the suspension. My son got a 2 day suspension for spamming Fortnite group invites.
