I'm sorry to hear that your child cannot access their account, believe me the only option they have is through the form. As a player I have also gone through this situation and I had to fill out the form more than 6 times until they were able to verify that I was the owner of the account.

Therefore, I recommend that you continue filling out the form (Since it is the only option) and keep in mind that you should only enter relevant account information, if a phone number, credit card or other information has been deleted, you should not include it in the formula.

My son has had the same thing happen to him. His account has been hacked in the early hours of the morning and he has woken to a series of changes on his account. His account email address has been changed ( so technically he has no account), passwords reset, family deleted and all his security changed. He cannot use the recover password as the email is no longer valid on the account. We cannot contact customer services either as its all fully automated and there is no option for our situation? Have you managed to get anywhere yet?

Icannot access my sons account online or on xbox live on the xbox it immediately boots me off but I can access my account his account and my account are under the same family account but different email addresses we received a notice Tuesday that he was
suspended then received notice on Wednesday he was banned

The reason was he was intentionally playing with somebody with illegal software or hacks or he has illegal software and hacks I know for sure he hasn't installed anything or downloaded anything illegal to his machine and he has know idea if the people he
plays with does or not one of the other infractions said he has an inappropriate gamer tag and it was being forcibly changed received that notification today but his gamer tag has not been changed and is still zL Tricks he has had that same tag for at least
a year probably longer and yes his motto was changed from "no name" to I got hard on you. we also found out that the account was accessed three days ago which was during the suspension. I found this thru my friends list it tells me when the history. He has
had this account for three plus years we have delegated all credit card info from account. Also went to check thru the enforcement web site to check if console was banned typed in serial number it was connected and it said it couldn't confirm if the xbox was
banned
