    How do I access my son's roblox account on my Xbox 1 so that I can put a roblox gift card on his account I cannot find a place where I can get into it and it's really really frustrating

    Hello Brad,

    I have an adult account and I was testing Roblox on our Xbox because my son wants to play on a PC online with a friend of his who has an Xbox.

    I tried to disconnect and reconnect again, checked my privacy settings but I still can't play any Roblox game.

    nope, all he has to do is download the roblox version from windows store and login, it will sync it over to his main account, my son does this all the time.

    Roblox Error Code 901 on Xbox Series X - what family settings are required?

    I wish so badly that this was resolved. Xbox support are completely useless and blaming Roblox who don't like to reply let alone help. Why do things like this need to be so difficult? Why do accounts inside accounts need to be a thing? It's stupid and frustrating.

    I'm getting error 901 but only on my son's Xbox account. His Roblox account works on everything else including the same console under my adult account. The Gamertag plays everything else as well. This is insane.

    My son downloaded Roblox through gamepass on the Xbox, I'm now trying to access his account to change his username but can't access it when I go to settings there is no account info section

    Roblox is not a game pass title, it is a free to play game, but not part of the game pass program

    I'm sorry but his Roblox account is managed by Roblox and not Microsoft. His Microsoft account is an entirely separate thing. Is it the Microsoft account that you can't log into or the Roblox account?
