My son had 3000 in Robux stollen from his account. Can we get it back?

Punish your boy and tell him to NEVER make purchases again without allowance.. And I doubt you can get the money back because your son would've payed for the ROBLOX virtual currency known as robux and he as probably bought clothing and game passes with these
robux so nor Microsoft or the ROBLOX team will be able to get the robux back because they are unable to take the bought items off his ROBLOX account. Also change the settings on your Xbox to make it require a passkey or your password when making a purchase!

My son just redeemed his $15 Microsoft gift card and bought 1200 robux money but it is not showing up in his account. It's sayin he still only has 3 robux. Any ideas what is going on? I got the email that the card was redeemed so it seems to have taken the
money but it's just not showing up in his robux account....

the copy they got ahold of was a devolpers copy of the game. suposeofly it was stollen when EPIC forums got hacked and the guy who stole it wanted 3000 dollars for it. Apparently it got uploaded to the internet.. I new it had gotten stolen like a month
ago though. it really sucks cause now the developers loose money from that. i am so against pirating.

Hi Relnah I just had the same problem as FREEx IIV but when my profile was on the beta holders xbox i could not purchase content with my just converted points (now money) and when i get home there no way to convert that money back into ms points. In short
i feel like i have just been stollen from this is Absolutely absurd . What can i do to about this?
