My son got banned, its finished but still can't talk help!

My son got banned for a week for the [Mod Removed – Profanity]
word in chat once. The ban finished on 9th Jan but he still can't use any mic or chat. Iv looked and looked and I can't find any dept or contact to sort this just a bot that don't work or out dated links or forums via Google. Please help one frustrated

UPDATE I have found that it's the brand new less than a month old elite controller. Didn't think for one minute it would be of such good quality Must of been made right at the end of the last shift that week, and passed as good to go just as the employee
was clocking out

As iv said I have done all that people keep saying go to enforce ment see if your ban is finished I have, it has, I have done all and I mean all the things short of setting back to factory settings Which I'm not gonna do as I will lose all my game saves
etc Yes I did reset and chose option to not delete saves twice hard reset numerous times I'm told to contact enforcement how no number and bot just says check if your still banned I'd pull my hair out if I had some . 😂 Brand new mic and controller all
fine before ban. My son can use chat but not voice

Totally rest console factory setting but save game stuff Still says same mic is new and was working before the ban this has happened since the ban which finished 5 days ago dunno who or where to co tact 😭

Yea iv been reading up but because he had a ban its all got confusing to me Will this wipe his games and saves thanks in advance
