    My son got a gift card for Christmas he scratched the code to hard and now we cannot get code how do I get a new one

    I tried that but the system keeps being down asking me to sign in when I'm already signed in and phone numbers for them would be helpful

    The phone number should be on the back of the gift card itself.

    You have to contact the card company at the back of your card

    Hi, my son was given a gift card for his. Birthday for a value of £25. I carefully took off the strip but it also took off the code number. How do I get a new code for that card please? We have the receipt and bar code number. Thanks John
