My son charged almost $600. On my card without my permission.l requested a refund the same day and it was denied. Why?...I really need that money back. Why can't I speak to someone on the phone. What can I do. It doesn't say why it was denied. Roblox? I call the number online. Just a recording for prompt that gets you no where

If the purchase was for roblox (im assuming virtual currency) then was any of the virtual currency spent? If so that would be one reason a refund being denied. In game currency that has been purchased and spent is non refundable.

Well forgive me but im a little mad at the fact that xbox is charging a debit card with no money in the account without my permission, and i cant even remove the debit card. I want to simple remove the fricken thing, I cant even add a gold code i have to
renew my membership because my account has been suspended since a payment went through when there is no money on my debit card

Same problem with me but i canceled my auto renewal last year and xbox live turned it back on to charge me without permission. Now my account is suspended and i can't remove my credit card... good thing my credit card expired before they charged me 60$ that
i cant afford at the moment.

I just got off the phone with my bank and they were to verify that the charges were done through my digital wallet and I have only allowed my son to use that once but since it was through digital even if I change my debit card it'll continue to get charged if my bank doesn't turn off digital purchases for Microsoft Xbox so they turned off. The charge was only supposed to be a one time charge but my son is only 10 and doesn't always read everything correctly. Thank you though for responding my bank has disconnected my digital wallet so I will be fine
