    Hi,

    My son can't join a multiplayer game because it says it is disabled and he needs to check his Microsoft account settings. I (his mum) have looked through the forum and followed all the instructions I can find. I am the organiser of a family account (he is 12) and I have visited the settings page to allow 'you can join multiplayer games', but before I can get to the necessary page, it just sends me back to the same page (Privacy & Online Safety). I can see other people on the forum have had a similar issue, but I can not find a solution. Are you able to help?

    I have the same problem. Everything is set to Allow, but my son still can't join multiplayer or server.
