    My son can't get access to Kaiju Universe for Roblox on Xbox, even though I've removed all restrictions. He can access Kaiju using his same account on his Chromebook. What can I do to get him access on Xbox?

    Under Privacy under his account settings you will find one about user generated content

    You may need to enable this in the Family app as well if you're using that

    What exactly are you trying to do?

    Did your son lose access to something through Roblox? and you are trying to get him access back to it?

    If your son is playing on the xbox one under his own profile then his account should have an email attached to it.

    If the games were purchased under your account even if they were free you can see if the roblox customer support will allow you to send them a screenshot of your order history.
