    My son cant display or save screenshots


    Hi all, my sons account (12 yrs) is managed by my „xbox family“. He has its own Series S and has taken a few screenshots. They are displayed on the xbox as thumbnails in the list. But if he clicks on one of them a error message pops up. „Something gone wrong“ or so. If he tries to display them in the xbox app on android, this is working but he cant save/download them on phone. A Error message pops up saying „ the data police does not allow for social media sharing, you have to change“. But what exactly to change? I checked it twice, there are no resteictions set by me for that. Please help

    Upload app doesn't upload screenshots to OneDrive

    Also, most screenshots cannot be viewed at all. The thumbnail is there, but even if I save them, when I click on them to view full screen, the whole screen is just black. The app doesn't freeze, only it doesn't display the screenshot at all.

    It won't allow me to share my screenshots either. Everytime I attempt to save a screenshot it won't save.

    The same is happening to me. My screenshots and clips are not being displayed on Activity Feed but somehow, only my achievements appears on it... Very annoying

    Been having this issue as well since the update. None of my screenshots or clips show up on the community feed or my activity feed. Also I cannot save any of them or share them as when I click on the options the only thing it allows me to do is set as background.
    I will add that this is only on clips/screenshots I have taken since the update. All my clips before the update still allow me to save and share them. I have done a hard reset in my console and have deleted and reinstalled the upload app but it has not fixed
    it. Everything works fine on my sons console so curious as to what is causing this issue...
