my son can recieve messages from friends but cant send back messages, have tried live chat and ...

Im also having this same issue for a week now cant read messages but i can send them and my friends recieve them and when i get messages i get notifications but cant see messages would love some help asap

Im having the same issue. I cant delete messages. When i send them they dont show up in my recents. I dont recieve any kessages till like 2 days later. Rn its monday and im just now recieving my messages from saturday Ive tried hard reset. Deleting
account. And all the messages that do come in only come in message request. Not the normal messages section. Been like this for 3 days.

Same I cant get normal messages or game invites ( I have only tried on MW3) but my friends can get invites from me but they cannot join them. though they can recieve and read my messages. Need help only started happening 2 hours ago ill see if it changes

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding the account.
