My son bought a 100 dollar Xbox one headset took BK once he's very upset!!

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues with your sons headset. When you say you have tried everything what exactly have you attempted? Is this simply checking all your settings making sure that it's not muted? Also what type of headset is it that
you are using on the Xbox One? Have you been able to test it with different controllers or on a different console to see if this changes anything?

I haven’t tried that yet. Will that erase all the games and data? It’s my son’s and if he looses everything he will be very upset.

he was banned from chat and i cant do a case review as it wont let me IF this guy did not work or know anyone in xbox how did he not get banned for 5days but i got banned with in 24 hours from me saying anything bk and how did he know i got banned i am upset
