    My skin isn't appearing for other people on Minecraft bedrock


    When I play multiplayer i can see my friends custom skins and when i go into 3rd person or in the pause menu i can also see my own custom skin, but for some reason my friends aren't able to see my skin. I've checked and i have the "only allow trusted skins" setting disabled so i don't know why they cant see mine. I download my skins off of skindex so is there a problem with skindex? Or is it something else. Also if it is a problem with skindex then where could i go instead to download skins without having to buy them?

    Yes when I try to change my skin in Minecraft Java my skin is stuck on the Alex skin but the same skin works for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft . And I have tried using another skin but that too did not work .

    To set your expectations properly, the McDonald's Minecraft skin cannot be used in the Java Edition of the game because the McDonald's skin promotion is exclusively for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft.

    You will need to use the Minecraft: Bedrock Edition to access and equip the McDonald's skin.

    I know that but Bedrock edition is suppose to be free to those that own another edition as its the new standard minecraft. But when i try to get it on my PC it says i need to buy bedrock edition even though i have it on Xbox

    That and my skin packs arent working on bedrock which is a whole other anger point
