    My sister account was locked/suspended. I have done everything about compliance and that’s what they send me. Telling me nothing can’t be done.

    I am not blocked I know the 2Fa my phone is linked I can log in fine but the is locked. I want to unlock it I know password and I have 2Fa access

    I am so sorry you are having issues with your account.

    If you are blocked by two-step verification then you would have to go through the 'I do not have this option' prompts that appear when you attempt to sign until you can change your security information and wait 30 days.

    If you cannot do this, then support is being honest, there is no way to open the account.

    If you are being locked for compliance then you would have to access the form here: [www.microsoft.com/concern/reinstatecontent]

    If they have told you it's impossible due to your 2FA, then it is impossible.

    Unfortunately I do not, I go to log into enforcement action to check and ask to review it and it just says my account is locked and for me to complete a ms compliance form which I have done 7 times with no response. I cant understand why I'm advised to
