My series x won't open any app and settings and I've restarted it multiple times how do I...

I'm playing on a Xbox Series X and I've tried restarting the game numerous times, restarting and power cycling my console multiple times and even uninstalling and re-installing the game.

I used to use the app multiple times daily until I upgraded to the series x. When I chose a game to install remotely on the Game Pass app my Series X never shows up in the list. Same thing with remote play, even though i have gone through everything I need to to set it up and make it discoverable it still won’t connect.

I test the site on my Xbox Series X and it loads as fast as it does on my PC.

Follow these instructions that might be able to help you.

Open the Edge app, go to the upper right corner and click on settings>Cookies and site permissions>manage and delete cookies and site data>view all cookies and site data and click ''remove all''. After that close the Edge app, clean your console's MAC, I also recommend restarting your internet devices for a few minutes. After that open Edge and try accessing the website again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

This issue is on a computer for the Xbox app on pc, I've restarted my computer multiple times.

I also am having this problem on each of my consoles. A One S, a One X and a Series X with two different accounts. All the settings are fine and i have power cycled/reset all three consoles multiple times with out any success.
