    I was getting ready to play Forza and when I turned the Xbox on, none of my 3 or 4 accounts were on there. I contacted tech support and it they said that it sounded as though it factory reset itself. Anyone else have this problem recently?

    Just to confirm, are you an Insider program member who uses a preview build on your console? Or you only use the normal/public version?

    When did this issue start to occur? What steps have you tried so far?
