    My series X controller stops working while i play


    i have it connected to pc When i leave it on the table alone it is always on but whne i play evry couple minutes

    the xbox button starts blinking and all the buttons stop working for like a minute i just bought a new one because i kept happing but it is hjapping with the new one and it is very stressfull

    Hello, kimhartman2. Thanks for reaching out! I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Community expert user. I'll be happy to assist you today.

    Are you on Windows 10? Also, does this happen while connected both by bluetooth and cable?

    Please try the following (if haven't been done yet):

    - Install microsoft store app: Xbox Accessories;

    - Make sure device is unpaired and then Link controller to pc via generic usb-c to usb cable (should say setting up device);

    - Open the Xbox Accessories App and update the controller (it will be prompted to do so) and wait for it to end;

    - Disconnect from usb cable;

    - Unpair (remove device) controller from Windows under bluetooth & other devices;

    - Restart PC

    - Reconnect (pair) controller to windows again via bluetooth and test;

    Also, please open Windows Update and download all updates available, including optional updates.

    If this still can't solve your problem, just let me know and I'll do my best to try to help you.

    Controller suddenly stopped working. Lights up when plugged in, tried multiple cables. Does not show up under device manager.

    My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore
