My Series S won't update Microsoft Store or install new games.

So i was having a glitch of not being able to update Microsoft Store, so I factory reset my console, first with keeping my games and apps, then, with delete everything but now I can't install anything, takes a lot of time to load, and the download speed decreases until the installation is stoped. I'm thinking it has something to do with my NAT, but it was always normal, is connected to the router via ethernet. I contacted Microsoft Support and they didn't help, their solution was repairing my console. I need to know how to fix this or of someone else is having this issue.

I deleted caché as well. so don't tell me to do that, please.

    :)

"Sorry! This game or app isn't compatible with your console"

Hello Josef, Thanks for your reply

Yes, The console is up to date.. and yes I've tried install it remotely but same thing

I've tried using game pass app and xbox app to install it, I've tried hard restart, changing language and region, Resetting with keeping games and apps, using another account, but all failed to fix the issue.

My opinion is that somehow the store is mistaken and trying to install the series S/X version in my xbox one console, perhaps there's a bug making the store thinking this is series s and when I try to install the game it realizes that this is not compatible, but won't install the Xbox one version of the game as the store thinks this is series s

But it's just my opinion and most likely I'm wrong

    Thanks again

doesnt work on my laptop? can i use code on an xbox?

The digital version Flight Simulator 2020 is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, this means that if you purchase it on the Microsoft Store or Windows Store it can be installed on both systems.

I'm afraid if your Laptop does not meet the minimum spec it won't work on your device. If you buy an Xbox Series X or Series S and use the same account you can install and play it on there.

Note: The console must be a Series X or S. MSFS2020 is not compatible with the older Xbox One, Xbox One S, or Xbox One X
