    My Series S is having issues with controller sensitivity. I


    My right stick drifts up and down in all games. Left stick and d pad are touchy and jump multiple spaces on a single tap. I’ve changed controllers and the issues follow. I looked at forum and see recommendations to go to ease of access menu. Which doesn’t exist anywhere on my Xbox. I’m current with all updates. Some please help. Pic of my console info below

    I’d love to get a fix for this. It makes playing some games hard and others I can’t even play.

    Yes, I have done a reset and it doesn’t help.

    So the fault stayed on the console no matter what controller you used? Have you tried power cycling the console or resetting the console keeping apps and games?

    How long have you owned the controller for? Sounds like the controller has a fault.
