my series S disconnects itself even if my internet is good

I am sorry to hear about this issue. Is this issue occurs when connecting via Wired connection? If it is, there might be underlying issue with the network adapter on your Xbox. In the meantime, try the following steps:

STEP 1: POWER DRAIN (XBOX)

1. Make sure that your console is turned on then unplug the power cable at the back to turn it off.

2. Press the power button for about 15 seconds even though it's already off. (This will remove the remaining power on your Xbox)

3. Wait for 2 minutes and plug the power cable

4. Turn on console and wait for the dashboard to appear

If the above steps don't work, proceed to Step 2:

STEP 2: Restore Xbox to factory defaults

To factory reset your console, follow the steps below.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide

2. Select Settings

3. Select System

4. Select Console info & updates

5. Select Reset console

Please select option 2 which is keep games and apps:

1. Reset and remove everything

2. Reset and keep my games and apps

3. Cancel

It’s not a matter of the Series S being underpowered, seeing that other games manage to get good performance, it’s the simple case of the game not being optimized properly. The series S can run this game at 1080p ( dynamic resolution) and 60fps.

Even the performance mode on Series X is only 1080p 60fps which speaks for itself, and that is the most powerful system. It’s not a question of the series S being underpowered but the game not properly optimized. Tons of other games get great performance on the S

I tried to connect another account live just after being disconnected and I get the same error (80151904).

My internet connection is good (down :1 mb/s, up : 2.5mb/s, ping : 22ms) so i think its a connectivity issue from the xbox itself but i can't find a way to solve that :/

I'm going to try on a USB drive,i'll give you a feedback later.

Thanks for trying to but that didn’t seem to work I’m not sure what is wrong my console but it will not stop disconnecting from parties and games even though my internet is good
