My Series s constantly disconnects from my wireless network and refuses to reconnect to the...

when I checked the forums it says you can disconnect from the network and xbox live to install and then reconnect to xbox live, but the console refuses to even try to install the game if I am not on the network?!?

What i usually do when this happens is ever restart my Internet or just restart my Xbox Serious X|S console. After doing it may fix itself and just re-enter the password.

We may need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Try disconnecting the internet completely on the console. If you are connected wireless, go to network settings then disconnect wireless. Wait about 2 minutes then reconnect to the wireless network.
