The first thing I would try is a hard reset on the console to see if that clears anything up, just press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds then power it back on. After that also just reboot your networking equipment for good measure. Which security
protocol are you using? Hopefully it's WPA2 (Personal), if not I would change it to that. You could also try creating a new wireless network ID (SSID) and a new password to see if that makes any difference.

Hi my friend, how are You, You tried make connection of your console with your network by cable with RJ45? Try do this and try check for update

its saying "console supports WPA/WPA2(personal), WPA2(personal), and WEP network security protocol, but your router is using something else. you'll need to change you router's configuration.

OKAYwell ive tried that and nothing has come up about it, and i'm trying to change it to my phone's hot spot because this isnt the first time this has said it and honestly this is making me mad and i need help, i miss haing wifi in my xbox anything please
just help me.....

Idk if its different when you reset your xbox to default settings but my xbox keeps telling to go to some website that doesn't even work and actually working wifi doesn't work either
