1. Are you getting an error message or error code when downloading the game?

2. What device are you using to download the game?

3. What is the edition of the game that you have purchased?

4. Are you able to download other games other that this game?

For the meantime, to help us determine what email account was the license of the game tied up to, open a browser in your PC and proceed to this link;

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check from your order history if the game is shown.

Additionally, you can download the game directly from Microsoft store. You can try signing out your account first and try signing in back. Let us know the result to move forward.

Unfortunately you can not do that since only the profile that bought the game is able to play it

You would need to either let her play on your account or buy the game again but now using her account

wrong again, update your info please. you have been able to share purchased and gamepass games on pc for a very long time now.
