My Sea of Thieves skin gone

Hi..
I have my Sea of thieves game on steam. After re-downloaded the game, I have an issue "The Sea of Thieves are Temporarily Unavailable".

The current situation is that I Sign-out and Sign-In again with my Xbox Account. But my all my skin and Ancient Coin was missing and my Sea of Thieves Account start from beginning again. (from Zero, like a new account)

I had invested a lot of time and money into my account, please help me I need my skin. I still have the bill from my Email from Steam. If you need to confirm it.

Try to do this workaround:

Deleting the Xbl_Ticket Credentials

Open Start Menu on your Windows.

On the search bar, type ‘credential manager’ and hit Enter.

Once the Credential Manager window opens, click on the Windows Credentials.

Under the Generic Credentials section, look for an entry called Xbl_Ticket (followed by some numbers).

Now, expand it by clicking on the small arrow and click Remove.

Click Yes on the next popup menu.

Now, launch the game and click on the Start Game menu.

Once you click that, you’ll be asked to log in to your Xbox account. Sign in to the account using your login details.

Also, please make sure you are using the right account. If it doesn't work, contact Steam support for further assistance:

Is this going to be on Mixer with a Mixpot? There were some cracking giveaways in the early days, now its a Sea Of Thieves skins and Gems Of War cards.

I tend to get just a standard xbox one controller and get skins/grips to accessorise it but i would love to get my hands on a sea of thieves one as theyre beautiful!
